Creating a Contact in Stackably

This will cover creating a contact. This flow can be used for creating customers or clients, as well as leads, employees, and vendors.

1. We're going to cover adding a customer. We would begin by going to our Contacts tab.

2. Then Select "Clients"

3. Then Select "Add New Client"

4. We will input Contact Type. I.E Client/Customer/Employee/Etc...

5. Enter the contacts name

6. Email

7. Enter Phone Number and Date of Birth

8. Enter the contacts address

9. Optionally, select a lead source. (How the customer heard about you) And here I'll just go ahead and put Google search.

10. You can add a tag so you could label this customer for a sales flow.

11. You can add a status.

12. You can add in other custom fields, these can be created on your client settings, and then you can also assign them to pipelines if the pipeline feature is enabled. Click submit. Your contact will now be added to the list for the contact type you created.
